Thank you for shopping at Fabulous Tavern of Miniatures. This Refund Policy explains your rights regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds for orders placed on our store.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) receive your goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in distance contracts.

To exercise this right, inform us of your decision by a clear statement — for example, an email to business@fabtav.com — before the 14-day period expires. You may use the model withdrawal text below or simply state your order number and that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

Model Withdrawal Notice

To Fabulous Tavern of Miniatures (FABTAV GROUP S.R.L., Str. Gării, Mun. Iași, Jud. Iași, România, business@fabtav.com):
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the sale of the following goods: [order number / product name], ordered on [date], received on [date].
Consumer name, address, date, signature (if sent by post).

Return Conditions

For an item to be eligible for return under the right of withdrawal:

It must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
If purchased as Unprimed, it must not have been primed, painted, or otherwise altered; if purchased Unassembled, it must not have been glued or assembled.
It must be returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible.

Because primed or painted miniatures cannot be resold as new once altered, items that have been primed, painted, assembled, or modified after delivery are not eligible for return under the right of withdrawal.

How to Return an Item

Contact us at business@fabtav.com with your order number before sending anything back. We will confirm the return and provide the return address. Please package the miniature securely — 3D-printed miniatures (resin or PLA) can be fragile and may be damaged in transit if not packed with adequate padding.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, we will refund your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, in accordance with applicable law. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied proof of having sent them, whichever is earlier.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your miniature arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us at business@fabtav.com within 14 days of delivery with a description and photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund — including return shipping costs — at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been primed, painted, assembled, or otherwise modified after delivery.
Any item explicitly marked as made-to-order or custom-commissioned for you at the time of purchase, in accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
