These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Fabulous Tavern of Miniatures (the "Store", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by FABTAV GROUP S.R.L., registered in Romania with fiscal code (CUI) 55075574 and Trade Register number J2026042192002, with registered address at Str. Gării, Mun. Iași, Jud. Iași, România. By accessing or using the Store, placing an order, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

Our Products

Fabulous Tavern of Miniatures sells physical, 3D-printed tabletop miniatures — printed in resin, PLA, or other 3D-printing materials depending on the model — based on digital sculpt designs created by DM Stash. We print, finish (unprimed or primed), and ship these miniatures ourselves. When you purchase a product from us, you are purchasing a physical item — you are not purchasing, licensing, or otherwise acquiring any rights to the underlying digital 3D design files themselves.

Intellectual Property

The digital sculpt designs used to produce our miniatures are the intellectual property of DM Stash and are used by us under a commercial license/agreement with DM Stash. You may not reproduce, 3D-scan, remodel, redistribute, resell, or otherwise create derivative digital files from the physical miniatures you purchase, in whole or in part, without the express written permission of DM Stash.

All other content on this Store — including our text, product descriptions, photographs, logo, and branding — is the property of Fabulous Tavern of Miniatures and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Not a Toy — Safety Notice

Our miniatures are collectible hobby models intended for adults and hobbyists (recommended age 14+). They are not toys and are not suitable for children under 14 years of age. Products contain small parts and pose a choking hazard. Sanding, filing, drilling, or otherwise modifying 3D-printed miniatures (resin or PLA) produces fine dust that may be harmful if inhaled — always work in a well-ventilated area and consider wearing a mask when doing so. We are not responsible for injury or harm resulting from improper handling, assembly, or modification of our products.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability, in which case we will notify you and issue a full refund for any payment already made. Prices are listed in the currency displayed on the Store at checkout and include or exclude taxes as indicated. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's payment infrastructure; we do not store your full payment card details.

Shipping

We currently ship within Romania only. We plan to expand shipping to the European Union and internationally in the future — shipping availability at checkout reflects our current coverage at any given time. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Product Variations

As our miniatures are 3D-printed and hand-finished, minor variations in color, texture, or finish between units of the same product are normal and are not considered defects. Product photos are representative but may differ slightly from the item received.

Customer Reviews and Submissions

If you submit a product review, photo, or other content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with marketing and operating the Store. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the right to share it.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fabulous Tavern of Miniatures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer under Romanian or EU law that cannot be excluded or limited by agreement.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Store shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Romanian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence if you are an EU consumer.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly. Continued use of the Store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
