A Djinni that has lived in a long-since discarded trinket at the bottom of the University's vaults. A student, delving through old rubble, found the bottle and unwittingly caused a small calamity by opening it. Rabasa is a Djinni of tricks and monkey-paw wishes, causing havoc across the school — should he not be stopped, he may cost someone their life. A wildcard encounter for the "The Arcane University" campaign.
